Hi, we are Ken and Scott Wheeler, owners and operators of WHEELERIZING, and we're experts when it comes to the unique performance characteristics of the Corvair engine.

Born and raised in southern California, we've been around Corvairs and other automobiles all our lives.   We grew up working with our Dad at his Corvair business, Turbo Dynamics / Alan  Racing Enterprises, in the 1970's and '80's.  We learned the basics of creating the performance modifications for the Corvair engine at an early age, and have been developing various systems and engine components for Corvairs and other vehicles for more than 20 years. 

We opened WHEELERIZING in August, 1999 in order to continue our passion of serving the Corvair community.  

Our 1,440 square foot shop currently boasts complete porting and assembly rooms, a machining center for heads, a welding area (ARC, MIG, OXY/FUEL, and TIG), and a Bridgeport mill.

We are both A.S.E. Certified Master Technicians.  We also hold A.S. Degrees in Automotive Technology, as well as  Certificates in both Welding and Machine Technology.   

We also contribute to Fullerton College's highly-regarded Automotive School as Instructors for their Cylinder Head Repair Class.  It has been an honor and a privilege sharing our knowledge and skills with the auto enthusiasts of tomorrow, as well as hopefully inspiring these younger minds to achieve greater work standards and ethics.

Whether your project is mild or wild, nothing brings us more professional satisfaction than having a customer be blown away by the performance enhancements we make to their vehicles.

Today, WHEELERIZING enjoys an active membership with the Corvair Society of America (CORSA) as well as 5 local Corvair clubs.  In fact, Scott is currently serving on Vintage Corsa of Orange County's Executive Board as Club Liaison. 

And our relationship with and support of the Orange County Sheriff Council's "Drug Use Is Life Abuse" program is one we are particularly proud of.
