"Equi-Torque"
As the name suggests, our Equi-Torque
Cylinder Head Tightening System evens out the unbalanced clamping forces of the
cylinder head fasteners.

While the bottom row of fasteners have the
guide plates to spread out the force without peening over the aluminum,
the top row of stock nuts typically peen or mushroom the aluminum around
the studs. This makes removing the cylinder heads difficult.
The Equi-Torque Head Tightening System solves this problem.
